Imagine in the not so near future if we could solve the worlds issues and disagreements by having a game of paint ball instead of going to war!

Instead of sending 1000's of soldiers to countries like Iraq why not rent a big area or field, desert or even better a beach and have a massive paint ball fight. Whoever wins the game wins the disagreement (land, oil etc). The question is would you give for example US side big tanks with massive paint ball torpedoes and the Iraq side would get a jeep, making it more realistic. You would also need a neutral country like Switzerland to send marshals in to make sure no one wipes off the paint.

We could also use this model in Scotland. Choose a site in the borders of Scotland / England for paint ball match, Scotland VS England. If Scotland win then the SNP get complete independence from the UK. If England win then they get to keep control and take over Holyrood in Edinburgh.

So using paint ball to sort out disputes would be a lot cheaper, you can watch it on TV and have companies sponsor it. The competing sides would get to choose there best people, and to make it more realistic each side would get one player per every 100,000 people in their respective countries population. So the US would get 301,799,871 / 100,000 = 3017 players and Iraq would get 26,783,383 / 100,000 = 267. hmmmm seems kind of unfair... We would also need a massive beach!

Scotland vrs England, Scotland 5062011 / 100,000 = 50 players England 49138831 / 100,000 = 491 players. So we would only need a big wood or couple fields to play this one. Maybe the Geordies would join the Scottish side!
